Tyler Moizis rmt
Following many years of interest in health and fitness, Tyler decided to pursue a career in Massage Therapy and has successfully completed the 2.5 year, 3000 hour program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. VCMT has an excellent reputation and was highly recommended by others already in the field. The knowledge he received, combined with many hours of applied practice have deepened his understandings of anatomy and physiology as well as injuries and prevention strategies.
Tyler enjoys the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary clinic and has a deep appreciation for the different levels of healing each practitioner can provide for a client and how these different disciplines complement one another. In his practice Tyler uses a myriad of treatment modalities including myofascial release, trigger point release, deep tissue massage, muscle testing, range of motion assessment, as well as relaxation focused treatments.
It is Tyler’s goal to improve the overall health and well-being of his clientele through treatment and education. He believes that while manual treatment is important, patients should also be given the tools and knowledge to be able to incorporate self-practice stretches and exercises to aid them in the pursuit of their personal health and goals.
In his spare time Tyler loves to weight train, go for bike rides or walks, and practice guitar.
