He was an athletic trainer for McMaster Women’s Field Hockey Team, as well as worked with the Mac Wheelers, providing rehab for individuals with spinal cord injuries.

His treatment philosophy is client-centred and incorporates various manual therapy techniques along with acupuncture that are tailored to the needs of his clients.
Outside of the workplace, you can find Lu on the field hucking a disc as part of an Ultimate Frisbee League. He also participates in recreational soccer leagues. When not on the field, you can find Lu exploring the beautiful scenery that BC has to offer.
